We wrote these notes when we read the Codecademy site for our SQL comparisons. For each note, you see the day of our check and a link to the page that we read.
We give the label "Product's own words" to a note that holds only what Codecademy says about its own product.

- In the Learn SQL course, Codecademy has the lessons Manipulation, Queries, Aggregate Functions and Multiple Tables. In Aggregate Functions, you do the exercises "Group By I", "Group By II" and "Having". In Multiple Tables, you do exercises on inner joins, left joins, cross joins, UNION and WITH. In the WITH exercise, you put a query in a WITH statement and join it to a table. We found no lesson exercise on subqueries or window functions. Checked October 23, 2026 (source)

- We found no dated change on the course page or on two of its cheatsheet pages. Codecademy gives no date for these pages in the list of pages that it gives search engines.
